Seating
There’s real emphasis put into the seating and upholstery of the Korando, with three stylish options to choose from (model dependant); Woven Cloth, Dual Fabric and Faux Leather as well as Leather.
The front seats are heated, so you can travel warm and comfortably even in the winter months and the lumbar support technology means you can make long journeys without the discomfort. The front seats are also ventilated, so the air flows round the driver and front passenger for additional comfort.
There’s 8-way power adjustable front seats which allow you to adjust your posture to what is most comfortable to you.
Space and Storage
The SsangYong Korando is designed with space in mind, with a generous roomy interior that is designed to accommodate larger or oversized items such as surfboards and hobby equipment. The seating is modular so you can increase the storage space from the standard 511 litres to 1,248 with the rear seats folded down.

Ambient Lighting
You can display ambient lighting across the cockpit and dashboard area to a colour that suits your own tastes. There are 34 colour options available so you can set the atmosphere for each and every journey.
Air Conditioning
The Korando ELX and Ventura trims are both equipped with manual air conditioning whereas the Ultimate model is equipped with dual-zone air conditioning, giving the driver and passenger separate climates for a comfortable ride each time.
Technology
The cockpit is incredibly intuitive and stylish, featuring two digital displays – up to a 9” display with navigation alongside a 10.25” digital instrument cluster.
Bluetooth
During your journey, you can take advantage of Bluetooth technology so you can stream your favourite music.

The engine will automatically switch off when the car is idle, such as at traffic lights or if you are parked up waiting to collect someone. This is designed to preserve fuel and reduce exhaust emissions.

Front Collision Warning
An alert is sent to the driver when a pedestrian or vehicle appears in the path of the vehicle. This allows the driver time to react and apply the brake.

If a frontal collision is anticipated, the Autonomous Emergency Braking System will automatically apply the brakes to prevent or reduce the impact of a collision.
Lane Departure Warning System
If the vehicle makes an unintended lane departure, a notification will be sent to the driver so they can rectify their lane position.
Lane Keeping Assist
If the driver makes an unintended lane departure without using the indicator, the Lane Keeping Assist will rectify the positioning by adjusting the steering accordingly.
